Fiesta Online: Classes and SkillsThis Article was added to our catalog on 10/04/2011.Classes Currently, there are 5 classes in Fiesta: Archers, Fighters, Mages, Clerics and Tricksters. Archers are a ranged class that use bows and crossbows. Fighters are a close-ranged class that use one or two-handed swords or axes to deal damage. A Fighter can equip a one-handed sword and a shield, or wield an axe or two-handed sword. Mages are a ranged class that use staffs and wands. Clerics are a close-ranged class that use maces and hammers. Clerics are used to heal and resurrect other players because they are the only class that have that ability. Tricksters are close ranged class that uses Claws or Dual Swords to inflict damage. The classes have three ranks offering a specific path to follow. These promotions are required for a character to advance in both skills and the equipment they are allowed to use. Skills There are currently three types of skills available to the inhabitants of Isya: Active Skills Active skills are skills that are used during combat or that are used throughout an adventure to turn the tides of battle. They each have their own respective level, class and spirit point requirements. Active skills are the only skills that a player can "empower" from the skill window. Passive Skills Passive skills are skills that a player can learn and never have to use at all because they are in constant effect as soon as they are learned. They increase certain aspects of each character class available from weapon damage to max sp. Passive skills are not upgradeable. Alchemy Skills Alchemy skills are "money-making skills." These skills allow characters to create upgrade stones for weapons and armor, scrolls that give one-hour buffs to the player that consumes them, potions that heal or constantly heal a character's HP/SP over a short period of time as well as increase poison resistance or antidotes, and comp/decomp skills that allow a character to break down or create different materials from a group of a higher tier or lower tier resource with the aid of alchemy stones. Alchemy stones can be purchased from item merchants for fame or from other players at a fluctuating price. Alchemy skills are not upgradeable, but do require a certain amount of use in order to learn a higher tier of the respective alchemy skill. |
